So, like, I've been working on followups to some neat questions raised in reply to my Christian Allegory in the Buffyverse essay by nazlan and glassslipper, but in the meantime, this line of thought occured to me. Okay! Highlight of the evening - definitely Chapelle's Show. "Ha! I'm Rick James, bitch!" Slap! Note to self to check out new DMX record, since I enjoyed his appearance on Chapelle last week. New Quiznos commercial also freakish in the way of freakish mutant gerbils singing.
