Hee! I hadn't actually realized this was an all-conversation chapter until this morning -- I've been trying to get this one off the ground for months, and I've moved the order of events around a lot, so all the talking just ended up being front-loaded. But, yeah -- Carlos is a pretty normal dude. He can't be too good, or the conversations wouldn't be half as fun. : )

I have a log-in on AO3, but I don't think I've ever posted anything there. Aside from picking at this one story, I haven't been terribly active in the fandom lately. But I probably will if I decide to close up my website, where the older fics are archived.
