The return of Quippy!Buffy - there wasn't enough of her in S7, but plenty here to make up for it. Still enjoying this a lot. So much creepier than most of S7 too; often I felt that they weren't really trying or had run out of enthusiasm for their own characters and the world they inhabited. There's much more love for the whole 'verse here.
