I probably shouldn't open up my box of bitter about "A Hole in the World." Really, that was the episode that convinced me that ME really has issues with strong women, period. If they're physically strong and and titillating in leather pants, that's one thing, but if the chance arises to turn them into victims for cheap emotional drama? Gee, why not?
I remain pissed off about Fred. Especially the way Wesley diverts her from trying to "work the problem" so he can take her home to read her bedtime stories. Should I read this as infantilizing a previously strong character so we can have a good Camille-like death scene? How can I not?

And I said I wasn't going to open that box. Sigh.
