Shiny Pretty Eye-Hurting Colors!

I've tinkered with my layout at last. Because those new LJ styles are shiny! Now, let's see how long it takes me to finally make a new links list, now that I can run off in a long sidebar.

Aw, you mean you didn't like my Kodak yellow? ; ) At least it's preserved for the moment in that Greatest Journal account I never use.

I'm still trying to decide if I'm okay with the white-on-dark text as a daily thing, but I do love the picture.

Ain't it, though? I really like some of those new designs (http://www.livejournal.com/customize/themes.bml?layout=7176168). The robots were tempting, but this was my favorite.

It's pretty, but is it wider than the old one? I'm having to scroll across to see it all for some reason...

It is wider, and there's no way to change the width, which is the one thing I don't like about this layout. There also seems to be something funky going on with frames - in my browser (Safari), I have this totally superfluous vertical scrollbar next to the real scrollbar, apparently to let me know my monitor's not as tall as they'd like it to be. Bad coding, bad! I'm hoping for a bug fix.

I love it. Especially the shoes on the power line. It's very urban. Reminds me of where I used to live.
