It's so true - I think if the whole "bad boy" thing had been done by a different actor, in the way it was probably intended, I'd have had no interest in the character at all. Even if it does play into every romantic cliche ever about the nice guy inside the rough exterior, it was there, dammit, and I couldn't help but respond to it.
