I'm hoping the ending won't seem too anticlimactic, but I do know pretty much exactly how I want it to go now, and since this story does end up leading directly into "The Center," in some ways I've already written the ending. But this part is all about Buffy, getting her to a certain place of understanding, and Dawn is a huge part of that. Or maybe part of that's me, trying to imagine the experience of having a sister. (I only ever had an older brother, but I had cousins who were all sisters, so I can imagine.)
