Post-Thanksgiving Laziness

God, I'm boring these days. I have little to offer anyone other than a weather report - we've been having gorgeous autumn skies here in SF lately. Crisp air with that spicy smell, like pumpkin pie, even before Thanksgiving. Beautiful.

Post-turkey, Toys and I have been doing our best impression of beached whales - he's immersed in some recreational research project; I've been wrestling with the PS2, endlessly trying to beat one last tough level in We Love Katamari. Today, finally accomplished it - I rolled up the Queen. Elusive little minx! We have all the cousins now too, and every present except for the Cowbear level. (Like THAT's going to happen.) Now it's just down to trying to collect the million roses. Which will take awhile.

More birthdays!!! Both of these are belated. Someday, I hope, I'll be able to stop saying that.

I should mention here that the season finale of Power Rangers SPD last week was HUGE!!! Damn, but I enjoyed that. Not sure yet what I'll think of the new show set to follow it, which seems to be going very in a sort of fantasy/fairy tale/Harry Potter sort of direction, but I'll give it a try.

Plans for tonight: we'll be tuning in for Sci-Fi Channel's Manticore. Because our brains cells are still stupified by turkey and need diversion. And because it's a movie called "Manticore," c'mon! This must be seen.
