(smooch!) Thank you! I'm a walker pretty much everywhere, so being off me feet is next to torture for me. I'm pretty happy about this development.
I know the plantar facistis problem - have it myself. Culprit always seems to be shoes, too - when I get the morning heel pain warning signs, it's time to switch to a different pair. Plus I'm starting to think the calf muscles are related as well, as I've noticed a whole leg cascade effect once the feet start to go off. The whole array starts to suffer.
Ever tried those Dansko clogs, the ones they recommend for nurses and whatnot? I've had great results with those, and also the old-fashioned wood-bottom type clogs. Don't ask me why, but they seem to do more support-wise for my feet than sneakers...
