I'm Cured!

The hubby fixed my foot. He was working the ankle because I'd been complaining that not only did it hurt, but that it made a clicking noise and was stiff. He pulled on it just so and voila, sudden popping sound, and now it doesn't hurt anymore. I've walked at least four miles since then, and suffered no more than mild fatigue. Yay!

On another note, it's kind of disturbing to note how many people on my Flist, as well as myself and Toys, have been complaining of bad/scary dreams lately? The superstitious in me begins to wonder about portents, and upcoming bad/scary vibes. The practical in me says it's probably just the upcoming elections and other tension-making items. Either way, smells like something in the air. No wonder we're all dream-state nervous.

Wow! Maybe he's working on the wrong career?

How wonderful to not have that bothering you any more; I know all about the foot-related fun, having a career that keeps me (a not inconsiderable load) on my feet all day. Plantar fasciitis for one, and lingering aftereffects of a spring injury on the other only add to the fun. I keep meaning to make that physiotherapy appointment...

Many happy walks to you now.

I think the karma of having a husband who fixes your gammy leg like that definitely outweighs the spooky dream karma.

Spooky dreams? Ive had no spooky dreams. I did have a dream where I was out of the cast...but I was cheerleading. I don't that the dream should be classified as 'spooky'. Weird, cracked out, or disturbing....but not spooky.
