I'm Cured!

The hubby fixed my foot. He was working the ankle because I'd been complaining that not only did it hurt, but that it made a clicking noise and was stiff. He pulled on it just so and voila, sudden popping sound, and now it doesn't hurt anymore. I've walked at least four miles since then, and suffered no more than mild fatigue. Yay!

On another note, it's kind of disturbing to note how many people on my Flist, as well as myself and Toys, have been complaining of bad/scary dreams lately? The superstitious in me begins to wonder about portents, and upcoming bad/scary vibes. The practical in me says it's probably just the upcoming elections and other tension-making items. Either way, smells like something in the air. No wonder we're all dream-state nervous.

Eccos are darn good too - Toys wears them. But odds are good just getting a new part of running shoes will make a difference - I don't know why it's taken me so long to realize that shoes really do wear out, especially if you're on your feet a lot, and sneakers actually wear out pretty fast. I don't count anymore on the inside arches of a pair of sneaks lasting anything more than a year.
