I have this really long treatise on "What She Deserves" that I keep picking at, hoping to finish someday. In brief, it follows the emotional breadcrumb trail of S6 to a story all about taking responsibility. It's an interesting counterpoint to S7, in which Buffy doesn't complete the emotional growth of even this one story in an entire season.
