Dang. He can clearly see she's lying to him, and he's really going to be a mess when they tell him the truth, if they get to that. It's a complex situation, and you're handling it beautifully. He's clearly predominantly William, but there are shades of Spike inside, too. Sort of the reverse of how he is as Spike, maybe?
