The 1,001 Nights of Fiction

See, this is what I've been doing by way of procrastination to avoid working on some other projects I really need to be working on, and not just fanfic. That, and I'm just stoked that my brain is actually working enough to write this. I haven't got my essayist jones on in quite some time. Been feeling rather listless, but maybe that's starting to end, thank god.

Anyway. Here's an extended brain blart on maintaining a narrative, and why the audience isn't just there to hand out accolades. It's kind of long. ( Audience Trust, How TV is Like Serial Publishing, the Star Wars Prequels, and 1,001 Arabian Nights... And Stuff )
