The Daily Grind
Feb. 8th, 2006 09:50 amCurrently at the Coffee House of Concentration - probably won't stay long, though, because of certain small epiphanies about my morning routine:
No, I cannnot forgo the usual cafe mocha from the more typical coffee house, because it also substitutes for breakfast. Tea just makes me ravenously hungry, although it does wake me up like whoa.
Reading LJ at a cafe is somehow way more fascinating than working.
I'm incredibly hungry. The cafe has bagels, but also cake. If I have cake, my stomach will hurt from sugar, and then I will be sorry. Although it's red velvet cake. And there's also lemon. This is a problem.
I really need to concentrate on work. Project is hitting major frustration levels, and I can't afford to procrastinate.
Jeebus, I'm starving.
I adore these tree photographs on

Really enjoying
calove's new fic on the Five Stages of Grief. Spike/Buffy.
Now back to work. Or home, maybe, to get something to eat.
