The Land of Finally Not Raining

Just a quick update to check in. Toys and I are back from So-Cal - big thank you and kiss to the sweeties who sent us good wishes! - and the belated Xmas/New Year's celebrations went well, if a bit sad because I seem to have lost our good digital camera in the scrimmage somewhere : ( and also rather rain-soaked... and we came back to even more rain in San Francisco, so although staying at the beach always makes me feel more like jogging/exercising/bicycle riding/whatever, the weather's been too crap to really indulge most of it. Today, though, is sunny. I'll be heading out post-haste to enjoy some in-sun frollicking. My body does honestly seem happier when it's moving.

Other News: My flabbergasted thanks go out to the wonderful person or peeps who nominated "Does It Have to Mean Something?" at the Love's Last Glimpse Awards - I'd smooch you all, anyone who's been reading that story, if I could.

I still owe people replies on their comments to my smutty outtake - what fun to realize I really am developing a sort of mental picture of what those two are like in the bedroom, personality-wise - and yep, I am hard at work on the next chapter, a day later and counting than my previous posting estimate - this is gonna be a long one. It's like a play in three acts, almost, and each one has to be just right. I'm excited about this one. Possibly be done by the end of the day, fingers crossed.
